Your computer creates the workspace key during pairing, decrypts prompts locally, runs the selected CLI in the paired folder, then encrypts the response back to this browser. Chat history is saved locally in this browser.
Fresh structured mode starts a new local CLI run for each message. The runner has the same file, command, and network access it would have if you typed the prompt on your computer. Use it only with a machine and workspace you trust.
